Belgian chocolate for the People of Tomorrow

Callebaut®, the Belgian chocolate maker, will spoil the international crowd of festivalgoers during the second weekend of the Belgian techno festival Tomorrowland with the best that Belgian cuisine has to offer: chocolate, beer and pralines. The Callebaut® Chocolate Heroes will also be present with their “Belgian pralines of tomorrow,” creations that won over the hearts of voters during the Chocolate Hero Week in April.

During the first weekend, the Belgian Gault&Millau Restaurant Guide examined the ´festival food´ and crowned the 3 best dishes at Tomorrowland. From the more than 70 food stands, 3 winners were selected in 3 categories: Gault&Millau best festival food; best healthy/vegetarian festival food and most innovative festival food. Callebaut managed to win the award for the most innovative festival food for the second time, with its Belgitude – Blond: an original chocolate dessert in a cup that looks like… a blond beer, thus uniting two famous icons of Belgian cuisine: beer and chocolate.
