Alvenat

ALVENAT is a company created in October 2006 which specializes in the production of 1st cold-pressed rapeseed oil. First cold-pressed rapeseed oil is rich in Omega-6 and also contains 9% of Omega-3 ALA fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are good for the heart. They cannot be synthesized by the organism and must come from food. They are called "essential" fatty acids. It also contains a non-negligible amount of vitamin E: a valuable vitamin with antioxidant properties. Vitamin E protects the membrane that surrounds the body's cells, especially red blood cells and white blood cells. Rapeseed oil is also very rich in vitamin K.
