Woud Koffie

WOUD is a specialty coffee micro-roastery based in Belgium, approaching coffee through landscape, flavour and experience. With a background in landscape architecture, we look not only at what is in the cup, but also at the place where coffee originates and the environment in which it is experienced. We carefully select, taste and roast specialty coffees in small batches, developing individual roast profiles that highlight clarity, balance and character. Our range combines permanent coffee landscapes with WOUD LOT, a changing series of small-lot coffees through which we explore new origins, processing methods and flavour profiles.
