With roots going back to 1850, Seagull has been smoking fish in Bruges ever since. Our smoke house is specialised in smoking a wide range of fish going from pelagic fish such as sprat, herring and mackerel to less traditional salmon products such as hot smoked and poached salmon and we are also a big player when it comes to smoked trout. The business is still family owned and has grown to become one of the market leaders in Belgium today. Our skilled staf of 35 persons enables us to sell more than 1.000 tonnes of processed fish every year. Since 2016 we also provide organic smoked fish such as salmon & trout.
