Vital 1926 is a Belgian family business producing nougat. Driven by innovation, the food company developed a 100% vegan nougat.
The nougat is vegan as well as organic and based on potato proteins, which replaces the chicken egg white.
The product was first presented at ISM, the world’s leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks. Vital started off with a classic almond nougat, combined with maple syrup, replacing the traditional honey. The company plans to develop more flavours in the future, for each his own!
